Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama’at Bangladesh on Saturday concluded its regional convention for Satkhira, Khulna, Jashore and Chuadanga region with a call to spread the ideals of Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (SM).
The regional convention was held at the community’s Sunderbans unit at Jatindranagar of Shyamnagar in Satkhira.
The community’s national amir Abdul Awwal Khan Chowdhury led the concluding prayers of the two-day convention, said a press release.
He also called on all Ahmadiyya community members to lead their life as per Quran and hadith.
Organisers said that the aim of the convention was to spread the teachings of the holy Quran and the ideals of Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (SM).
Shahan Shah Azad, Sheikh Mostafizur Rahman, Shah Muhammad Nurul Amin, Arifur Rahim, Amir Hossain, GM Mobarak Hossain and Enamur Rahman Sadaf delivered speeches on various topics, including the existence of Allah, Quran, Muhammad, equity and justice.
