1 — Pakistan’s towering nine-wicket victory against Bangladesh in the second Twenty20 of the three-match series was the biggest win in terms of wickets in Twenty20 internationals between the countries. Pakistan also held the previous biggest victory, when they defeated Bangladesh by eight wickets in Pallekele, Sri Lanka in September, 2012.
3 — Bangladesh opener Tamim Iqbal completed his hat-trick of getting run out in Twenty20s on Saturday. Imad Wasim completed a direct hit in the 18th over to run Tamim out in the match. He was also run out in the series opener on Friday and had suffered a similar fate in his previous Twenty20 appearance for Bangladesh before the Pakistan series against West Indies at home in December, 2018.
131 — Babar Azam and Mohammad Hafeez formed an unbeaten 131-run stand for the second wicket against Bangladesh in Lahore, which is the highest second wicket partnership in Twenty20s between the two sides. The previous highest was between Ahmed Shehzad and Mohammad Hafeez, who added 95 runs for the second wicket against Bangladesh in a ICC Twenty20 World Cup group-stage match in Kolkata, India in March, 2016.
136 — Bangladesh’s score of 136-6 against Pakistan on Saturday is the lowest total at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore while batting first in a Twenty20 international. Bangladesh also held the previous lowest first innings total in Twnety20s at the venue, 141-5, which they scored in the first match of the series on Friday.
