Left Democratic Alliance, in a press conference, held at the office of Workers Party of Bangladesh (Leftist) demanded installation of an Intensive Care Unit to treat Covid patients at Jashore General Hospital.
In the press conference on Saturday, the alliance also demanded compensation for those who were killed in police firing in Banskhali in Chattogram.
Abdul Hossain, convener, LDA, Jashore district unit, read out the written statement in the presence of Nazim Uddin, president, Jashore district unit of WP (Leftist) general secretary Jillur Rahman Bitu and Hasinur Rahman.
