Health minister Zahid Hossain Maleque on Wednesday urged all to fight COVID-19 with a combined effort, said a press release. 

The minister was speaking as the chief guest of a zoom meeting organised by Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University at Dr Milton Hall marking World Heath Day.

Public health and informatics associate professor Md Khalequzzaman was keynote speaker of the programme presided over by BSMMU vice-chancellor Md Sharfuddin Ahmed.

Health education division secretary Md Ali Nur and health services division secretary Md Lokman Hossain Mia were special guests and Sangay Wangmo of the World health Organisation was guest of honour on the occasion.
