Bangladesh Legends will take on Indian Legends in the opening match of the ‘Road Safety World Series’ at Raipur, India today.
The tournament, which was founded to create awareness for road safety, started in 2020 but got postponed after four matches due to the coronavirus pandemic.
After a hiatus, the tournament begins with new teams and more excitement this year where former players from Bangladesh, India, England, South Africa, Sri Lanka and West Indies are taking part.
Former Bangladesh skipper Khaled Mahmud will lead the Bangladesh Legends.
Sachin Tendulker, Virender Sehwag, Yuvraj SIngh, Irfan Pathan, Mohammad Kaif and many other renowned cricketers will play for India Legends.
