Bangladesh Cricket team members have reached Christchurch, New Zealand on Wednesday after departing from Dhaka on Tuesday afternoon.
Now the visitors will go through a mandatory two weeks quarantine period according to the government policy of New Zealand.
After the quarantine period, the players will have a five-day training camp at Queenstown before the start of the three-match one-day international series against the Blackcaps.
The ODI series will be followed by a three-match Twenty20 series.
During Bangladesh’s previous visit in New Zealand, the tour ended prematurely due to the horrific Christchurch mosque shooting, which the cricket team members narrowly escaped in 2019.
