Jatiya Samajtantrik Dal-Jasod president Hasanul Haq Inu was admitted to a hospital in the capital as he tested positive for COVID-19 on Saturday.
The party standing committee member Abdullahil Quayyum said that the former information minister, following his gunman’s COVID-19 infection on January 12, gave swab samples for COVID-19 tests thrice and tested positive on January 16.
He said that the Jasod president was admitted to Bangladesh Specialised Hospital under physician Mohiuddin Ahmed though he had no symptom of COVID-19 infection.
‘Hasanul Huq Inu’s condition is now normal and stable,’ the physician said.
