Premier Bank has embraced the ‘no mask no service’ policy along with other public and private offices which are taking initiatives to ensure proper implementation of a directive given by prime minister Sheikh Hasina at a cabinet meeting in November to tackle the second wave of Covid-19 in the country, said a press release.
A two-step approach was devised and swiftly executed by Premier Bank limited to implement the vision of the prime minister.
The first step was designed to raise awareness on the issue, which was done through developing related communication materials and distributing them through the company web site, multiple social media channels and YouTube.
The second step was designed to ensure offline implementation of the directive throughout Premier Bank. Starting with branches and subbranches, the corporate office also saw messages on desktop screens, screensavers, door stickers, x-stands and cut-outs. Premier Bank has always firmly believed in putting the safety and health of their customers first, said the release.
The bank has also started providing free standardised masks to all customers to further remind them of the safety rules outlined by the government and the prime minister.
This initiative was highly appreciated by customers who also share the same concern of ensuring safety while conducting business.
