Khaja Miah
The government on Thursday promoted Bangladesh Inland Water Transport Corporation chairman (additional secretary) Khaja Miah to the rank of secretary and appointed him as secretary to the information ministry.
The public administration ministry issued a gazette notification to the effect.
Information secretary Kamrun Nahar is supposed to go on post-retirement leave on November 29.
