The government will decide the fate of the online admission tests at the public universities in the second week of November in a meeting of the University Grants Commission with the education ministry.
UGC member Muhammad Alamgir said that the commission on Thursday decided to finalise their decision on the online admission tests after holding a meeting with the education ministry in the second week of November.
Meanwhile, he said, a commission-formed committee would test the efficacy of the software developed by Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Digital University for holding the online admission tests at the public universities.
