BRAC Bank to create digital awareness among customers

BRAC Bank has run a series of online discussions on social media and drive awareness amongst customers owing to the rise of digital ways of banking and payments, said a press release.

The bank had its first show on ‘Pandemic and Financial Crimes: What We Can Do to Prevent Them’ on August 6.

The webinar has been viewed by over 8,000 people, including a live view of nearly 4,000.

BRAC Bank will not just bring the industry experts to discuss the financial crimes due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but will also promote the safe usage of digital means of payment and transactions, knowledge-based discussions on running the business through the challenging time, stories of its customers since the pandemic, industry best practices, business sustainability and more.

BRAC Bank’s TARA, the women banking solution segment, has also been running webinars to enhance the capacity of the bank’s women customer segment.
