Specialist doctors will treat patients for free at Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University on August 15 on the occasion of National Mourning Day.
The decision was taken at a preparatory meeting presided over by BSMMU vice-chancellor Kanak Kanti Barua at Dr Milton Hall on Wednesday. The service will be provided from 8:30am to 1:30pm when several diagnostic services also will be provided for free marking the day, said a press release.
The other programmes include donor selection for convalescence plasma collection, placing wreaths at the graves and mural of the martyrs, prayer session and Quran recitation.
