First Security Islami Bank Limited’s 21st annual general meeting was held on a digital platform on Monday, said a press release.
The meeting was presided over by the bank’s chairman, Mohammed Saiful Alam.
FSIBL vice-chairman Mohammed Abdul Maleque, its Shariah council chairman professor Mohammad Gias Uddin Talukder, managing director Syed Waseque Md Ali and SVP and company secretary Oli Kamal, among others, participated in the meeting.
The meeting approved 10 per cent stock dividend (bonus share) for the year 2019 for the shareholders.
