Dutch-Bangla Bank’s 24th AGM held

The 24th annual general meeting of Dutch-Bangla Bank was held over a virtual platform on Wednesday, said a press release.

The bank’s chairman, Sayem Ahmed, chaired meeting. At the 24th AGM, shareholders approved 25 per cent Dividend (15 per cent cash dividend and 10 per cent stock dividend per share) for the year 2019.

The audited financial statements of the Bank for the year ended December 31, 2019 were placed before the AGM.

The meeting approved the reappointment of Sayem Ahmed, Abedur Rashid Khan and Tang Yuen Ha Ada as directors of the bank and also approved the appointments of Ekramul Haq and Mohammed Salim as independent directors.
