The board of directors of South Bangla Agriculture and Commerce (SBAC) Bank Limited has recommended 10 per cent stock dividend for the shareholders for the year 2019, said a press release.
The decision was taken in a meeting of the board of directors held virtually on Monday with its chairman SM Amzad Hossain in the chair.
The bank’s vice-chairman Talukdar Abdul Khaleque, other directors, managing director and CEO Tariqul Islam Chowdhury attended the meeting.
The meeting approved the audited financial statements for the year ended on December 31, 2019.
The board also decided to hold 7th annual general meeting of the bank on August 18. — New Age
