Global smartphone brand Vivo has launched its new five-camera smartphone Vivo Y50 in Bangladesh, said a press release.
This new smartphone was launched on the Bangladeshi market over a digital platform recently.
Customers have been able to pre-book ‘Vivo Y50’ soon after launch and the phone will be available on the market from June 24, 2020.
The Vivo Y50 will cost Tk 22,990 and comes in Irish Blue and Pearl White colours.
The Vivo Y50 has 8 GB RAM and 128 GB ROM which may be extended to 256 GB and is powered by a Snapdragon 665 SOC mobile platform.
The phone has a quad rear camera setup for photos which have a 13 megapixel (MP) primary sensor, 8 MP ultra-wide sensor, 2 MP macro lens and 2 MP depth sensor cameras. The selfie camera has a 16 MP High Dynamic Range (HDR) camera sensor.
An iView display has been added to the Vivo Y50. It has a resolution of 2340×1000 pixels and a screen-to-body ratio of 90.7 per cent.

Vivo’s journey in Bangladesh has been gone through more than two decades. The price of the phone is also important in addition to the preferred smartphones for the customers. Vivo brings midrange phones like as Vivo Y50 in this Covid-19 situation.’
