RFL Gas Stove, country’s popular gas stove brand, has donated Tk 2 lakh to Child and Old Age Care as part of its ‘Khudha Na Chula Joluk’ campaign, said a press release.

Md Nazmul Haque, senior brand manager of RFL Gas Stove, handed over a cheque of Tk 2 lakh to Milton Samadder, founder of Child and Old Age Care, at latter’s Kallyanpur office recently.

RFL Gas Stove introduced the campaign in February to help people living at old age homes. Through the campaign, the brand is donating Tk 10 for the selling of each gas stove for the welfare of elderly people.

Md Nazmul Haque said, ‘Our slogan is RFL Gas Stove ‘a family member, tied up forever’. Parents are the parts and parcel of a family. But, the parents who look after all members even in unfavourable situation are separated from the family as children sent them to old age home severing all ties.’
