Bangladesh national football team committee members on Thursday discussed about holding a camp for the national players once the coronavirus pandemic situation became normal. ‘We are looking forward to run a national team camp at a single venue by gathering all the players and coaching staff after the situation becomes normal,’ said Bangladesh Football Federation vice-president Kazi Nabil Ahmed after a virtual meeting. The motto behind the meeting with players and coaching staff was to encourage them to remain active and maintain their mental and physical fitness during the current situation, Nabil informed. Players expressed their frustration after the BFF cancelled off the Bangladesh Premier League this week, which they said will affect their livelihood and could eventually affect their fitness before the idea of camp from the organisers. — New Age
