A Bangladesh national got infected with COVID-19 coronavirus in Italy, said Institute of Epidemiology Disease Control And Research IEDCR on Wednesday.
The male patient was being treated at home, said IEDCR director Meerjady Sabrina Flora.
‘It’s a sad news for us today that a Bangladeshi has been infected with coronavirus. His treatment has been ensured,’ she said.
The Bangladeshi would be taken to hospital if needed, but his condition was not serious, she added.
