Youths from different ethnic minority groups performed at National Theatre Hall of Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy on Saturday.

Chattrogram-based educational organisation Monghar organised the programme titled ‘Shikkhar Jonno Shangskritik Anushthan’.

Artistes from Rangamati, Khagrachari and Bandarban along with students of Monghar performed at the programme.

‘We have arranged the programme for the first time. The proceeds from the programme will be spent on providing financial assistance to students. I want to thank Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy for providing us the venue,’ Punno Lakkha Chakma, a member of Monghar told New Age.

Monghar was founded in 1974 where over 1,200 students from different ethnic minority groups living in Chattrogram are studying.
