The first of five one-day matches between Bangladesh Under-23 team and their Indian counterparts will take place today after the scheduled game on Thursday could not take place due to rain in Lucknow.

The Bangladesh Cricket Board informed that the organisers introduced the provision for reserve days for the first four one-day matches of the series, which means the first game will take place today subject to favourable weather conditions.

Bangladesh will play their remaining matches on September 21, 23, 25 and 27 respectively at the same city.

Batsman Saif Hasan is leading Bangladesh Under-23 teams in the tour which also included a few other promising young players.
