Twelve-day international workshop on dynamical systems and its applications to biology entered its tenth day at AF Mujibur Rahman Ganit Bhaban in Dhaka University on Wednesday.
Three topics on scientific research were discussed on the day.
Hugues Berry of Universite de Inria delivered lecture on searching for deterministic chaos in biological data, Keller Karsten of University of Luebeck on ordinal symbolic dynamics with physiological data applications while Renaud Leplaideur of Universite de Nouvelle Caledonie discussed geometric dynamical systems, said a press release.
DU mathematics department, International Centre for Pure and Applied Mathematics (CIMPA) and AF Mujibur Rahman Foundation jointly organised the event. New Age is the media partner of the programme.
External Coordinator Renaud Leplaideur, Universidad de Granada professor Lidia Fernandez Rodriguez, and DU professor Shahidul Islam were the co-ordinators of the event.
