Natore's train communication with Dhaka was restored on Thursday morning after a brief disruption.
The communication was snapped for nearly three and a half hours after a cargo truck got stuck on the tracks around 2:30am, police said.
‘Several inter-city trains were stranded at various stations,’ said sub-inspector Mozammel Haq, in-charge of Jhalmalia police outpost.
The rail link was restored after police removed the truck at around 6:15am, he said.
There was no report of any casualty.
