Mime Art launches YouTube channel

Mime troupe Mime Art has launched its YouTube channel named Mime Art Official recently to promote and popularise mime in the country.
The troupe has uploaded videos of a number of its acclaimed mime productions on the channel. Among the uploaded productions are Jemon Karmo Temon Fol, Sada Moner Manush, Stop Violence, Jagroto Bangla and others, which address diverse socio-political issues.
Besides, interviews of renowned expatriate mime artist Partha Pratim Majumder have also been uploaded on the channel.
‘YouTube has become one of the most available mediums now-a-days. To reach wider audience, we have launched a channel to promote our productions and also popularise mime,’ said Nithor Mahbub, mime artiste and founder of Mime Art.
‘Gradually, we will upload more videos of mime productions and tutorials on mime so that enthusiasts can learn mime by watching the video,’ added Mahbub.
