The matter await hearing on March 25, for possible further action against Ruhul Amin.
Later, deputy attorney general Biswojit Roy told reporters that Ruhul Amin’s lawyer Ashek-E-Rasul was absent at Saturday’s hearing in the chamber of vacation bench.
Ashek’s mobile phone was switched off, he added.

The nation was shocked and surprised over accused Ruhul Amin securing bail, said the attorney general.
DAG Biswojit Roy told New Age that the government had appealed against Ruhul Amin securing bail three days after he got it.
