Bangladesh Under-23 football team will take on Qatari local side Al-Shahania SC in a practice match today as part of their preparation for the AFC Under-23 Championship 2020 qualifiers, scheduled to be held in Bahrain.
The match will start at 10:00pm Bangladesh Standard Time at the Al-Shahania Club ground in Doha.
Bangladesh Under-23 football team is currently in Qatar for a training camp under the tutelage of national team coach Jamie Day and goalkeeping coach Dean May.
After completing their preparation camp in Qatar, Bangladesh will leave for Bahrain on March 20.
In the qualifiers, Bangladesh will begin their Group B campaign against hosts Bahrain on March 22 before facing Palestine and Sri Lanka on March 24 and 26 respectively.
