Sara Ali Khan made a fantastic debut with the film Kedarnath, which was directed by Abhishek Kapoor. However, it had made headlines due to the fights between the directors and producer Prernaa Arora from KriArj Entertainment, even before the film had released, reports India Today.
Sara had signed up for Simmba as well in the middle of all this. Kapoor had filed a case against Sara and the Simmba makers in court. He also said that producer Ronnie Screwvala and he had to go to court to sort out the entire debacle.
‘Sara has no clue what I’ve been through to finally complete the film and ensure that she rocks in it. My producer Ronnie Screwvala and I had to go to court. Then we met Rohit [Shetty] and sorted the dates out,’ he said.
‘I was paid my full free upfront when I started this film. When the s*** hit the ceiling, I could’ve just walked away with my remuneration with not a care in the world.
