Singer-actor Tahsan Rahman Khan wants to promote Bangla songs globally.
He has recently lent his voice to a Bangla music video featuring seven American models.
In an interview with New Age, Tahsan shared about his upcoming ventures.
‘My upcoming music video titled “Mayabi Alote” will feature seven American models. It has been penned by Rakib Hasan Rahul, jointly composed by Adit and Amit and
directed by American director Ronald Wheeler,’ said Tahsan.
‘As it is a Bangla song foreigners might not understand the meaning of its lyric, hence we have tried to include some elements of western music so that music lovers across the world find the song entertaining,’ said Tahsan, adding that the music video was
shot in New York and Manhattan.
Speaking about his future plans Tahsan said, ‘I want to record a few English songs in
future and work with foreign artistes.’
Tahsan will make his silver screen debut with the film Jodi Ekdin opposite popular Tollywood actress Srabanti Chatterjee.
‘I will be making my silver screen debut with Mostafa Kamal Raz directed film which will be released in February. I have acted opposite Srabanti Chatterjee in the film. She is very popular in West Bengal, India,’ said Tahsan.
‘Two songs of my upcoming film, which were released on YouTube, have received good response from the audience. I am excited about the film. I hope my fans will support me by watching the film after it hits local cinemas,’ he added.
