Probe committee formed as patients found on bank of Jamuna

Directorate general of health services on Saturday formed a probe committee over recovery of two unidentified women patients of Bangamata Sheikh Fazilatunnessa Mujib 250-bed Hospital on the bank of the Jamuna River on Thursday.
A five-member probe committee was formed on Saturday to investigate the matter.
The committee, headed by Shaheed M Munsur Ali Medical College Associate Professor Osman Gani Shamim, was ordered to submit a report within seven working days.
On Thursday, two unidentified women patients of Bangamata Sheikh Fazilatunnessa Mujib 250-bed Hospital were found with bed and bed-sheet of the hospital on the bank of the Jamuna River.
Later, on information, police recovered the patients and readmitted them to the hospital.
