Private airline Novoair on Monday announced their mobile application and web check-in services in order to facilitate remote ticket booking and hassle-free travel for its passengers.
The announcement was made at a press briefing held at Kurmitola Golf Club in Dhaka Cantonment in the afternoon.
Novoair director Hasibur Rashid and other senior officials of the airlines were present on the occasion.
The passengers would now be able to book and purchase tickets from any place using the app and check-in service, said Novoair’s managing director Mofizur Rahman at the inauguration.
Flight status and services of frequent flyer programme called SMILES would also be available on the app, he added.
He also said that the passengers would be able fly to their desired destination by collecting boarding passes directly from the airport check-in counter.
The mobile app was now available for download via App Store and Play Store.
The airline currently operated six flights daily on the Dhaka-Chattogram route, four each on the Dhaka-Cox’s Bazar, Dhaka-Saidpur and Dhaka-Jashore routes and one flight on the Dhaka-Sylhet route.
