Huawei, a Chinese smartphone brand, on Monday launched in Bangladesh nova 3i, the third generation of its nova device series, at an event held in Dhaka.
HUAWEI nova 3i features the same fashionable design as its predecessors along with artificial intelligence and four cameras — two front and two back cameras, Huawei officials said at the launching event.
Nova 3i in Irish purple and black colours would be sold at Tk 28,990 each in August and pre-booking of the handset will begin on August 1 while it would be available in the Huawei stores after August 10, Huawei Consumer Business Group national training manager Shuvonker Golder said.
For pre-booking, customers will get an attractive gift box, while Grameenphone users will get a 5-gigabyte free internet bundle for purchase of Huawei nova 3i.
Customers can also avail 6-month EMI facility in purchasing the handset.
Nova 3i is equipped with dual front-facing cameras with a 24 megapixel primary sensor and a 2 megapixel sensor. The rear-facing camera combines a 16MP primary sensor and a 2MP secondary sensor.
The AI-enabled front cameras of nova 3i are capable of detecting eight situations and automatically adjust setting to capture picture whereas the back cameras of the smartphone are capable of detecting 21 situations and adjust settings accordingly.
The AI-enabled handset also helps find old photos from its gallery more specifically and conveniently.
Besides, the duel-SIM nova 3i, both of the SIMs can provide 4G connectivity, also has capacity to boost its capacity in an elevator to catch 4G network.
Huawei Consumer Business (Bangladesh country director Aaron Shi stated, ‘This is just another milestone of Huawei’s commitment to consumers bringing in yet another innovation. I believe that nova 3i will set a new standard of expectation among the consumers.’
