A new children’s drama series Shohor Theke Durey begins today on Duronto TV.
Based on a story written by Kamal Bayezid, the drama series revolves around the adventures of two brothers Shubro and Shanto, who set out on a daring and adventure-filled journey to solve the mystery of a buried treasure after receiving a treasure map from their grandfather Hakim Ali.
Their grandfather tells them that the treasure, which was stolen by pirates many years ago, belongs to their ancestors and two other families. The brothers decide to solve the mystery of the treasure and their friends Bina, Aru, Ayon and Abir also join them.
The plot reaches a climax when the two brothers get abducted by robbers while vacationing in Cox’s Bazar with their parents. However, they manage to outwit their captors and escape but the robbers give chase.
Duronto TV will telecast the series from Sunday to Thursday at 8:30 pm. The sires has been directed by Sayeed Rinku and composed by Rafi Mohammed and Alamgir Kabir.
Besides, Duronto TV, which is country’s first TV channel dedicated to children, will introduce a number of new drama series, puppet series and cartoon series, alongside new seasons of its ongoing popular shows.
The channel will begin airing new drama series Ponchobhuj, children’s show Rong Beronger Golpo, puppet series Khatta-Mitha, new season of its game show Ma Babai Shera, cartoon series like Alisa, Eddy and the Bear, Bob the Builder, Little Monsters, Messy Goes to Okido and Rainbow Ruby in July. Besides, the channel will telecast new episodes of its ongoing popular shows Golpo Sheshe Ghumer Deshe, Duronto Somoy, B te Bondhu and others.
