Masala Fried Pomfret

Ingredients:

For the fish:
Pomfret 1
To coat Semolina
To shallow fry Oil

For the masala:
Ginger 2 tsp.
Garlic cloves 3
Oil 1 tbsp.
Turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp.
Red chilli powder 1 tsp.
Lemon (juiced) 1

Method:

Prepare the masala:
In a blender mix together ginger, garlic, oil, turmeric, red chilli and lemon juice. Masala is ready.
Prepare the fish:
Make gashes in the pomfret and apply the masala. Marinate it for 15 minutes.
Coat it in semolina from both sides and shallow fry till golden. Serve hot.
