THERE’S a new place in town waiting to be explored and it’s packed full of things you possibly need. Shopping has never been easier with everyday necessacities like groceries, toiletries, stationaries, clothes, cosmetics and show pieces, all under one roof. Aroath is not a super shop but a lifestyle brand. As said by Abu Zafer Mohammed Saifuddin, communication consultant for Aroath says, ‘At Aroath we aren’t only giving you products but experiences. Even if you don’t buy anything you won’t leave empty handed. You will have an experience to cherish, no matter if it is only a smile from our staff. ’
Entering the shop you will be welcomed with the aroma of freshly brewed coffee from the world famous Australian coffee brand, Macksville. There’s a little sitting area beside it where you can sit and relax for a while and read the poem written on the wall beside it, ‘Shopping is like life’s poem’. After the poem ends the motto of the store will come to your view - ‘buy more win more’. Because, here if you buy more than one piece of a product the second one will cost lesser, the third one even lesser, living up to the moniker Aroath, which means wholesale market.
It’s a two storied shop and the ground floor is for groceries, fresh vegetables and fish along with other food items. Other than the basics they have an eye catching range of chocolates and cereals. What makes it different from other super shops is that they do not store the perishable goods for days. SK Ahasanur Rahman Ashiq, the brand chief of Aroath says, ‘If we run out of fishes at the end of the day we don’t stack any more because it would just go stale. The day’s produce are for that day only.’
All the products are maintained in a stable environment which keeps everything fresh. Moving on to the lifestyle portion upstairs, they have a marvelous book corner at the left of the entrance with a nice collection. It’s a neat addition to the overall ambience of the store. In the centre of the space there’s a section showcasing famous perfume brands including Victoria’s Secret body mists and makeup from internationally acclaimed brand, MAC. On the far left of the area, there’s a huge collection of toiletries, skin care and hair care products from brands like Bodyshop, TRESemme (UK) and many more.
There are clothing sections for everyone too. Men’s, women’s and children’s corners are adorned with the perfect product categories. For the housing section, there are a large number of show pieces or decorative ornaments to choose from. There are stationaries and hardware tools for everyday needs, crockeries for all special occasions. So, as you can guess you won’t be getting out of this place empty handed. But the fact is, despite bringing you top notch products the prices are lower than the market retail prices! The target is to bring people happiness even if it means a lower profit margin.
So, don’t wait around just visit the 12,000 Square feet shopping haven, a double storied facility with spacious parking and the best bargains.
