To promote its activities globally Bangladesh Film Artiste Association launched its own website at a programme held at the association’s office in Bangladesh Film Development Corporation on Tuesday.
The newly launched website www.bdfilmartisteassociation.com contains information about the association, list of BFAA executive committee members, photo gallery and others.
We will upload more information to the
website for global audience soon, informed BFAA officials.
President of Bangladesh Film Artiste Association Misha Sawdagor, its general secretary Zayed Khan, veteran actors Sohel Rana, Farooque, Ilias Kanchan, Anjana and general secretary of Bangladesh Film Directors Association Badiul Alam Khokon, among others, were present at the programme.
‘We are trying to implement the promises made in our election manifesto. If we get support from all involved in the film industry we can achieve more,’ said Misha Sawdagor.
‘The website will help film enthusiasts and artistes across the globe to stay up-to-date with the activities of our association and artistes,’ informed Zayed Khan.
‘It is indeed a timely initiative. I hope BFAA will maintain the website properly,’ said actor Ilias Kanchan.
‘I congratulate BFAA for launching the website. I hope the government and authorities concerned will also take initiatives to promote the local film industry,’ said Sohel Rana.
