Swechchhasebak Dal leader killed in factional clash in Bogra

A Swechchhasebak Dal leader was killed and three others injured in a factional clash at Gokul in Bogra Sadar on Friday over establishing supremacy in the area.
The deceased Md Sony, 26 was son of Jamaat Ali, a resident of the area.
He was a joint-secretary of the union Swechchhasebak Dal, a voluntary wing of Bangladesh Nationalist Party.
Police said Sony was killed as Swechchhasebak Dal Gokul union unit general secretary Bipul Miah and his supporters attacked on the same unit president Mizanur Rahman and his people with sharp weapon in the morning leaving four people injured.
Police said Sony was declared dead while other injured—Mizanur Rahman, his wife Salma Akter abd his supporter Abdul Halim were admitted at Shahid Ziaur Rahman Medical College Hospital.
