Amader Tangail celebrates 2nd founding anniversary

Tangail-based monthly magazine Amader Tangail celebrated its 2nd founding anniversary on Tuesday at National Art Gallery Auditorium of Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy in which it honoured 16 eminent personalities with Amader Tangail Alokita Manush award.
Founder of Shaheed Smrity High School Nur Rahman, actor DA Tayeb, police officer Depak Saha and national-award winning filmmaker Reazul Rezu, among others, were honoured at the programme.
Prime Asset Group managing director Mizanu Rahman was present as the chief guest at the programme. Advisory editor of Amader Tangail advocate Tahmina Sultan presided over the event.
A compilation of 2017 issues of the magazine was also launched at the programme.
