Sri Lanka one-day international team arrived in Dhaka on Saturday to play in the upcoming tri-nation ODI tournament which is scheduled to kick-off from January 15.
Led by all-rounder Angelo Mathews, the 16-member squad reached the Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport at 11:30am in local time. Former Bangladesh coach Chandika Hathurusinghe accompanied the team for his first assignment as full-time coach of Sri Lanka
Sri Lanka will face Zimbabwe in their opening match on January 17 at Sher-e Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Mirpur while they will take hosts Bangladesh on January 19 in the same ground.
Earlier on Friday Zimbabwe team arrived in Dhaka in two different groups.
