Prime minister Sheikh Hasina is likely to hold a meeting with French president Emmanuel Macron during her visit to Paris next week.
The meeting is expected to take place in the morning on December 12 during her visit to Paris for attending One Planet Summit hosted by France, according to diplomats.
She would attend the summit, set for December 12, at the joint invitation of President Macron, UN secretary general António Guterres and World Bank president Jim Yong Kim.
Participating world leaders are expected to address the ecological emergency for the Earth by calling international leaders and committed citizens from around the world to play their role in protecting the planet.
A main focus of this event will be to determine how those working in public and private finance can innovate to support and accelerate the common efforts to fight climate change.
