Poets recite poems glorifying autumn

Poets entertained audience presenting self-penned poems glorifying the autumn at Sufia Kamal auditorium of Bangladesh National Museum on Monday.
Fifty promising poets recited poems at the programme organised by Kabyalok Creatives as part of its bi-monthly programme titled ‘Kabyaloke Kabyapath’ featuring poems on different seasons. It was the 20th edition of the programme.
The show began with presentation of poet Aranya Reza’s self-penned titled ‘Dahan’ depicting the beauty of autumn.
Awal Anwar recited his poem Kashbone Aranyer Galpo Shonao upholding the beauty of white wild flower kash that blooms in the autumn. Afroza Hira and Ayesha Siddiqua recited their poems Raktim Sarat and Elo Sarat respectively in the evening.
Asheki Mahmud, MR Islam, Kaniz Karim, Khan Mehedi Mijan respectively recited poems like Snigdho Sarat, Sarat Chhobi Bhalobasar Dhew Khelar Srote and Ebar Sarat Bhangoner Sur respectively.
Nurullah Masum, chief of Kabyalok Creatives said they organise the programme to promote young poets and also to celebrate six seasons.
