B’desh national picked up from Naogaon border

The Indian Border Security Force picked up a Bangladeshi national from Hapania border point of Sapahar upazila in Naogaon early Friday.
Hapania BGB camp commander Nayek Subedar Abdur Razzak said that Shahidul Islam, 28, son of Zaher Ali of Prosha upazila went to the bordering area in the early morning.
The BSF men from Kedaripara camp caught Shahidul and picked him up while he was reportedly trying to cross the border.
Meanwhile, a letter has been sent to the BSF for holding a flag meeting in this connection. With this one, five Bangladeshi nationals were taken away by BSF troops from Kalmudanga and Hapania border areas of Sapahar upazila in the last three days, said commanding officer of Baogaon-14 BGB Lieutenant Colonel Khijir Khan.
