Doorbin set to release 5th album

After a hiatus of three years popular rock band Doorbin is all set to release its new album.
The upcoming album of the band titled ‘5.01’ will include 10 songs and will be released on various online platforms very soon.
Founded in 2004, Doorbin is known for its songs like Shopno Dhara, Ami Jaare Bhalobashi, Prem Hobey Na, Joley Utho Bangladesh, Lal Sobuje Bangladesh, Oviman Boro Bhalobashi, and others.
The band released its first album Doorbin in 2006, which was an instant hit. The other albums of the band are 2.01 (2008), 3.01 (2010) and 4.01 which was released in 2014.
Speaking about their upcoming album vocalist and leader of the band Syed Shahid said, ‘We do not want to disclose much about our upcoming album prior to its release. However, I will ask our fans to listen to the album when it is out.’
When asked why it took three years for the band to release its new album, Shahid, replied, ‘We took our time in releasing the album because we wanted to give our fans a good album which they would find entertaining.’
Shahid said Doorbin names its albums using numbers as a signature style. ‘We are trying to create our signature style in the music industry by naming our albums using numbers,’ Shahid added.
The current lineup of Doorbin comprises Syed Shahid (lead vocalist), Ayub Shahrear (vocalist), Al Fahad (lead guitar), Shaon Singnature (bass guitar), Rafi (keyboard), Shishir (drums) and Hridoy (lead guitar).
