Popular actress Nusrat Imrose Tisha will be seen in two short Eid serials tonight on different television channels.
The serials Masud Sejan’s Ultimatum and Abu Hayat Mahmud’s Lajjabati Lailake Niye Zulfiqarer Chamak will be aired on NTV and Desh TV, respectively.
Besides the two Eid serials, Tisha has played diverse characters in over ten teleplays, being aired by different channels this Eid.
‘The viewers would see me playing diverse characters in the teleplays. I hope they will find my acting entertaining’, said Tisha, who has acted in the teleplays Priya Nitu, Se Ek Prem Chhilo Lilabati Shohore, Nishikutum, Herogiri, Kichhu Atpaure Jibaner Gaan, Ontoraley, Chheleti Kintu Bhalo Chhilo, Putuler Sangsar and others this Eid.
Speaking about her characters in the teleplays Tisha said, ‘I have played different characters depending on the storylines of the teleplays. Some of the teleplays are just simple comedies, while others revolve around more serious plot’, said Tisha.
In the seven-episode serial Lajjabati Lailake Niye Zulfiqarer Chamak, Tisha has played a debuting actress who reveals the bad practices in the TV industry.
In Se Ek Prem Chhilo Lilabati Shohore, Tisha played a street magician who travels across the country to hold street magic shows. ‘This was my first time playing the character of a magician on TV. The plot of the serial revolves around a street magician who works for the wellbeing of the street children’, said Tisha.
Tisha played a female footballer in the teleplay Chheleti Kintu Bhalo Chhilo, which has been produced under the banner of Chhabial Eid Reunion.
However, Tisha said she wouldn’t be able to watch her Eid teleplays on TV as she would be travelling abroad with her husband Mostofa Sarwar Farooki for attending two film festivals in China and Russia.
