The Bangladesh Coastguard arrested seven Myanmar nationals along with 2,80,000 pieces of Yaba tablets raiding a trawler in the Bay of Bengal in Katabunia area of Teknaf upazila in Cox's Bazar early Wednesday, said Lieutenant Commander Hamidul Islam.
The coastguard official said that a patrol team of the force intercepted the trawler near Katabunia ghat and arrested the seven along with the drugs.
A case was filed in this connection, he added.
