2 Hollywood films to hit Dhaka today

Two Hollywood films ‘The Call of the Wild’ and ‘Brahms: The Boy II’ will be released at the branches of Star Cineplex in the Bangladesh capital today.

American adventure film ‘The Call of the Wild’ is an adaptation of novelist John Griffith London’s novel with the same title.

The film has been directed by Chris Sanders and produced by Erwin Stoff.

The story of the film revolves around a dog named Buck. He used to be a domestic dog but his owners throw him out.

Buck ends up into the exotic wilds of the Alaskan Yukon. He gets involved with mail-delivery dog sled team and starts experiencing the adventure of a lifetime as he ultimately find his true place in the world.

‘The Call of the Wild’ stars Harrison Ford, Dan Stevens, Omar Sy, Karen Gillan, Bradley Whitford and others.

Supernatural horror film ‘Brahms: The Boy II’ is directed by William Brent Bell and written by Stacey Menear.

‘Brahms: The Boy II’ is standalone sequel of 2016’s film ‘The Boy’.

The story of the film revolves around a family that moves to Heelshire’s residence. The family has a little boy namely Jude who somehow discovers a doll named Brahms from the yard. Later Jude and the doll becomes friend and creepy things start to happen.

The film stars Katie Holmes, Owain Yeoman, Christopher Convery, Ralph Ineson, Anjali Jay, Oliver Rice, and others.
