BNP trying to instigate RMG violence, says Nasim

Health and family welfare minister Mohammad Nasim alleged that Bangladesh Nationalist Party instigated the garment workers to create chaos in the country.
He said the BNP leaders should get prepared for the next national election in 2019 as no political party can survive without election.
He was addressing a discussion organised by Bangladesh Chhatra League at the Public Library auditorium, marking the birth anniversary of Begum Fazilatunnesa Mujib and Sheikh Kamal.
Nasim said that BNP was hatching conspiracy against the government to thwart development of the country.
‘The country is running in a peaceful atmosphere but BNP is trying to create chaos again through conspiracy. As part of their plot, they are instigating the garment workers,’ Nasim added.
RAM Ubaidul Muktadir Chaudhury, chairman of parliamentary standing committee on the CHT ministry, said Begum Fazilatunnesa and Sheikh Kamal sacrificed their life for the welfare of the people,’ He added.
Chaired by Bangladesh Chhatra League central president Badiuzzaman Sohag, the meeting was also addressed by vice-chancellor of Dhaka University AAMS Arefin Siddique, former BCL president Mostafa Jalal Mohiuddin, vice-chancellor of World University Abdul Mannan, BCL secretary Siddique Nazmul Alam, BCL joint-secretary Shamsul Kabir Rahat and Hasanuzzaman Tarek.
